Veltrix-PRO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting user information. The app may process information that you provide while using its features, including prompts, queries, and other content necessary to provide AI-powered study assistance. Information is handled only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app and its services.

Veltrix-PRO may require access to certain device features only when they are needed for specific app functionality. Any permissions requested by the app are used for the purposes presented to the user at the time of use. We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the app and limit access to what is necessary to provide its features.

Veltrix-PRO may process information that you provide when using the app, such as prompts, questions, text, images, or other content submitted to access its AI-powered study features. This information is used to provide the requested functionality, generate responses, operate and maintain the service, improve reliability and security, and support the app's features. Device permissions, if requested, are used only when required for the relevant feature and according to the permission shown to you on your device.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

Veltrix-PRO uses third-party service providers, including Anthropic's Claude API, to provide AI-powered features. When you use these features, information you submit, such as prompts, questions, text, and other content required to process your request, may be transmitted to these service providers to generate a response and provide the requested functionality. These providers process information according to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Veltrix-PRO does not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Veltrix-PRO may store information you provide when creating or using your account, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, class, education board, medium of instruction, preferred language, school name, city, parent or guardian name and phone number, prompts and questions, AI-generated responses, uploaded images, chat history, and identifiers associated with your account or device. This information may be stored on our backend systems to provide and maintain the service, personalize the learning experience, maintain account and chat functionality, improve reliability and security, and support the app's features.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and to comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the deletion method provided by Veltrix-PRO. Following a valid deletion request, applicable personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Children's Privacy

Veltrix-PRO is an educational service designed primarily for students, including users in the 9?12 age group. Users under 9 years of age are not permitted to create a Veltrix-PRO account.

For users aged 9?12, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before the child's account can be activated. The parent or guardian is required to provide their name, relationship to the child, and phone number. The guardian's phone number must be successfully verified through an OTP-based verification process before the child's account is activated. A child in this age group is not required to provide their own email address or phone number.

For users aged 13?17, parent or guardian name, relationship, and phone number are required as part of the student account information, but guardian phone OTP verification is not required for account activation.

Veltrix-PRO may collect and process student information and learning activity as described in this Privacy Policy only for providing, maintaining, securing, personalizing, and supporting the educational service. Parents or legal guardians may contact Veltrix-PRO regarding their child's account, privacy information, account recovery, or an applicable account or data deletion request.

For users aged 9?12, at least one valid verified guardian consent must remain active for continued account access. If no valid verified guardian consent remains, the child's account may be restricted or suspended. Veltrix-PRO does not knowingly permit children under 9 years of age to create an account. If we become aware that an account was created by a child under the permitted age, we will take appropriate steps regarding the account and associated information.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, review, correct, update, or request deletion of personal information associated with your Veltrix-PRO account. You may also request information about how your personal information is collected, used, stored, or shared. To submit a privacy or data deletion request, please contact Veltrix-PRO at support@veltrixpro.in. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Veltrix-PRO, our features, data practices, third-party service providers, or applicable legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed on this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Veltrix-PRO cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information.
